This is a high quality, high resilient, comfortable and extremely cost-effective foam, noted particularly for its shape and form retention properties. It is available in three different densities to meet your exact requirements.

Soft
For back cushions, or to soften a too hard mattress.

Medium
If you like a cushion that you really sink into or for amore supportive back cushion. This density is also perfect for mattresses.

Firm
This density is ideal for hard base seating such as found in caravans and boats, and on daybeds, window seats, garden seats etc. It is eminently suitable for use in firm seat cushions where maximum support is required.

Please note
We strongly advise the use of stockinette undercover's. They facilitate easy removal and insertion of your new cushions, and also help prevent unsightly creasing of cushion outer covers.

Odd Shapes No Problem
If your cushion shapes are a problem to order because of intricate shapes or perhaps your cushions are buttoned or maybe you would just like to leave it to the experts you are welcome to call in at our premises where we will happily assist you and carry out work on a while you wait basis. Another advantage is that you are able to try deferent densities before ordering. Please contact us for further information.

Measuring & Calculating

Measuring your own cushions couldn't be easier

For square and rectangular shaped cushions measure the distance along each side, and make a note of your calculations. By choosing the thickness of foam that you want and using the chart here, you can work out at a glance, how little the foam will cost. Once you have all the information at hand, you can then telephone our Order Hotline on 01429 263337. For those more oddly shaped cushions follow our handy hints below:

1] Place the cushion on a large sheet of paper [a broadsheet newspaper or surplus wrapping paper will suffice] and trace around the edge with a thick point felt tip pen.

2] Cut out the shape, and place the template onto the settee in the space previously occupied by the cushion. It should fit perfectly.

3] If it doesn't, trim the paper slightly until it does.

4] If the cushion is symmetrical then you should be able to fold the template in half, making two equal sides.

5] If it doesn't, trim the paper again until it matches.

6] Repeat for each separate cushion.

7] The templates can now be measured and a price calculated from the chart here. Remember to note the thickness that you require.

Hollow/Conjugate Fibre filled seats, backs, bolsters and scatters are frequently being requested as an alternative to feather fills.

Whether you require 1 seat cushion or 100, all are processed by hand for the individuals need.

All our products are turned around within 7 to 10 days however: short runs can be slotted into our production for a next working day delivery if ordered before 12am.
